i wonder what the apostle paul would have accomplished had he been able to travel as we do today.

next friday i will travel 7472 miles, "as the crow flies."

when i land in **** or wherever it is that we will land when arriving in *******, i wonder what the air will smell like.

it seems to me that i always notice what the air smells like when i go places.

my plan at this point is to put as many bibles into my luggage as possible.

i'm not sure if they allow bibles there or not, but i figure it can't hurt.

there is a small but growing church in the local area.

they are what we in america have labeled, "an underground church."

mostly because they are in a strict muslim nation.

my hope and prayer is that the LORD would allow the believers there and me to be "mutually encouraged" by our shared faith in JESUS CHRIST and that their faith would be strengthened.

i am afforded at this time in my life in CHRIST that i do not have to suffer for the cause of CHRIST. i hope for my sake to be counted worthy to suffer for the name of CHRIST someday.
